My Life tells the story of married couple Bob and Gail Jones, who are expecting their first child - their happy life is shattered with the news that Bob has lung cancer and only has a few months left to live. He decides to make a video of his final months so that his child can get to know him, and as he makes the video he begins to learn more about himself.
