How to add a short clip in a signature

I have seen some signatures which have got short clips inside them. How can I do that?

I remember seeing a signature with three pictures of Mrs Coulter and a video where she is holding a monkey.

How can I do that? hahahaha.

Some people make banners with those animated things in them - browse through the FanArchive to find them

I use "Adove Photoshop" to make my own signatures. But I have no idea how can I insert a clip on a signature. I have got some parts of Nicole's films saved on my computer, and I want to use them and insert them on a signature. So, I want to know which programme I have to use to do what I want.

I was planning to make a signature using a picture and a clip of the film "Birth". I have inserted the picture, but the problem is... I don't know how to insert the short clip on the picture that I added. I dont know if I am making myself understood.

Please, do not be mad at me, hahaha. It's just that I'm new on this, and I want to learn.
