Trouble opening new videos

I am having problems opening the new videos that have recently been posted. I can't open them in quickplay or media player and same if I download them. Does anyone have any suggestions????? Thanks!! Lisa

Have you unzipped them? You need to download a program such as WinZip or WinRar to 'unpack' the video file, and once you do this the video will be extracted and play. Let me know if this helps, or if you need further help... :)
